At the time of Check-in, every individual guest staying in the Homestay is required to present a valid government identity proof which mentions the residential address. In the case of foreign national, a valid passport along with a valid visa is required.

All the guests are requested to carry the reservation letter at the time of arrival, an electronic format will be acceptable.

60% Of the Total room rent along with Safari vehicle bookings are payable in advance to confirm the bookings.

All the Advance Payments made prior to the visit are not refundable.

We don’t serve alcohol. Hookahs and personal music/speaker systems are not allowed in the Homestay.

Guests are requested to adhere to “No loud noise after 10 pm” since it disturbs and keeps the villagers awake, we are located where the ambient noise is very low and therefore sound carries great distances. If you are lucky then you may even hear a Tiger roar.

The Homestay shall not be responsible for any loss of or damage to your personal belongings.

Early check is subject to availability and will be Charged Extra and at the time of Check-in.

It is mandatory for guests to present valid photo identification upon check in.

We reserve the right to cancel or modify reservations where it appears that a customer has engaged in fraudulent or inappropriate activity or under other circumstances where it appears that the reservations contains or resulted from a mistake or error.

All activities included in the package are subject to weather conditions. If any activity cannot be carried out due to unfavorable weather conditions or any other unforeseen circumstances, no refund or rescheduling will be provided for that specific activity.

The package includes specific activities as mentioned in the itinerary. Any additional activities or changes to the itinerary are subject to availability and may incur additional charges.

Guests are responsible for their own safety during all activities. The homestay and its staff will not be liable for any injuries, accidents, or losses incurred during the package activities.

Any damage caused to the property or its belongings by the guests during the stay will be the guest's responsibility and may incur additional charges for repair or replacement.
